Bulls: Impressive fourth quarter

This team really showed a "team" sense down the stretch.  Gordon was more like the 4th quarter player we know he can be, and has been in the past.  Noah continues to surprise me, especially with his defense as a center.  Blocking King James, in Cleveland, with the game on the line, cleanly?  THAT'S BIG TIME.  I wasn't the biggest fan of his draft selection, but with Wallace traded and Thomas just not stepping up, Noah is at least showing the effort to seize an opportunity.

Hughes was solid.  I really wish we could get that more consistently.

I dont' know why Deng disappeared.  Maybe only one ball to go around leaves him the odd man out in the clutch?

Playoffs arent' likely, but take last night for what it's worth: a great road win with clutch play down the stretch.

NY Rangers Playoff Bound!!!

The Rangers clinch a spot in the crowded Eastern Confernce in style with a big shutout win backed by 2 goals from perhaps it's most important offensive player for a playoff run: Jagr.  If Lundqvist remains hot and Jagr's shooting touch is here to stay, you've got to be excited about this team's chances.

I know we are lined up for the 5th spot, playing the Devils who we have dominated (7-0 heading into Sunday), but you can't be "happy" to play Brodeur in the playoffs.  The guy is clutch and can turn it on and shut you down!!!  I wouldn't mind getting the 6th seed.  You play the weakest division winner, and then don't have to worry about the Pens in the second round.   Either way, I'm excited.  LET'S GO RANGERS!!!
